The AIA Nebraska Mid-Year Symposium provides educational sessions, tours, technology | product information and networking opportunities for architects across Nebraska.

Registration: Deadline for registration is April 8, 2025. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Show Services: To ensure you receive all of the below benefits of being an exhibitor, we must receive your registration by April 8, 2025.

  • Tabletop Exhibit: 8' table with skirting, tablecloth, and (2) chairs
  • Broadband WIFI
  • Electrical access on request (provide your own extension cord; rental cords are $25)
  • Admission to the conference sessions, breakfast, and two(2) lunch tickets.

Prize Giveaways:  Register prizes with AIA to further enhance booth traffic. Please provide a description of the prize on the Exhibit Registration. Attendees will visit the booths to register to receive prizes. Please provide your own container to collect attendees business cards.

    Except to the extent I may experience personal injury or incur property damage as a direct result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the American Institute of Architects, Nebraska Chapter (AIA Nebraska), I agree to assume all risk of personal injury or property damage in connection with the 2025 AIA Nebraska Mid-Year Symposium, and hereby release AIA Nebraska, as well as its respective officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents from all liabilities, claims, demands and causes of action that I (or a third party) might have as a result of any personal injury or property damage that I may experience in connection with the 2025 AIA Nebraska Mid-Year Symposium.

    Limits on Liability: In no event shall AIA Nebraska (including its respective officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents) be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages that I (or third party) might be able to claim in connection with injury or damage resulting from the 2025 AIA Nebraska Mid-Year Symposium.

    I hereby grant permission to AIA Nebraska to use photographs and/or video of me taken on April 24, 2025 during the 2025 AIA Nebraska Mid-Year Symposium in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of AIA Nebraska.
