AIA Nebraska Conference 2025

The AIA Nebraska Annual Conference brings architects, community leaders, suppliers, manufacturers, and other design professionals together to explore the industry's best practices and emerging technologies, techniques and materials. The conference will be held at the Scott Conference Center, 6450 Pine Street, Omaha, NE 68106

Best Exhibitor Booth Award

To encourage quality and excellence in exhibit displays, AIA Nebraska is hosting a contest for the exhibitors to win some great prizes. Attendees of the AIA Nebraska Annual Conference are encouraged to vote for the booth that has the most interesting, attractive and effective use of booth space and the clearest product communication.

The winner of the competition will be announced on Thursday, September 5th during the Prize Drawing.


AIA Nebraska Partnership Program

AIA Nebraska has developed a statewide partnership program to enable sponsors and supporters an opportunity to promote their products or services through all AIA Nebraska. The partnership program will coincide with the new AIA Nebraska website (www.aia.org/nebraska) - enabling partners to reach the 650 Nebraska architects and others in the design industry through events and promotion through our website and weekly newsletter. Tour Release

Except to the extent I may experience personal injury or incur property damage as a direct result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the American Institute of Architects, Nebraska Chapter (AIA Nebraska), I agree to assume all risk of personal injury or property damage in connection with the Tour, and hereby release AIA Nebraska, as well as its respective officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents from all liabilities, claims, demands and causes of action that I (or a third party) might have as a result of any personal injury or property damage that I may experience in connection with the Tour.

Limits on Liability: In no event shall AIA Nebraska (including its respective officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents) be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages that I (or third party) might be able to claim in connection with injury or damage resulting from the Tour.

Photo | Video Release

I hereby grant permission to the American Institute of Architects, Nebraska Chapter to use photographs and/or video of me taken on Wednesday, September 17 - Thursday, September 18, 2025 at the Annual Conference of the American Institute of Architects, Nebraska Chapter (AIA NE) in publications, news releases, online (including social media), and in other communications related to the mission of AIA NE.

Exhibit Contract

SPACE AGREEMENT

Every attempt will be made to assign exhibitors one of the priorities requested by the exhibitor. However, as electrical hookup, and competitor location is a factor, another location may be assigned.

RULES & REGULATIONS

The exhibitor agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the Scott Conference Center, and also agrees to abide by, conform to, and comply with all the laws of the United States and the State of Nebraska, and all the ordinances of the City of Omaha.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE

AIA NEBRASKA shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor's officers, agents or employees, or property prior, during or subsequent to the period covered by this contract.

SAFETY REGULATIONS

Strict adherence to all safety regulations will be insisted upon. Exhibitors should make themselves completely familiar with and comply with all other fire and safety regulations of Scott Conference Center. The exhibitor agrees that it will not in any way injure, damage, mar or deface the building, premises, furniture, fixtures or equipment in or about Embassy Suites Lincoln, and shall be liable for any such damage or injury caused by its employees, agents, or other person admitted to the premises by the exhibitor.

USE OF SPACE

Exhibitor agrees not to interfere in any way with the ordinary use by others of any portion of the building or grounds. Distribution of advertising material is limited to the areas of each exhibit space. Exhibit will be arranged so that nothing is attached to the walls and no tacking or marring is permitted.

Disturbing noises or forms of attracting attention which may properly be objected to will not be permitted.

EXHIBITORS SERVING FOOD PRODUCTS

No exhibitor may serve any form of food or beverage from his/her exhibit booth without first notifying and receiving permission from AIA Nebraska.

PURPOSE OF DISPLAYS

The exhibitor agrees that the purpose of displays is for educational and communicative purposes to inform design professionals of the availability of various products and services of interest to those persons attending the convention. Sales and order-taking are prohibited in the display areas or within the convention facilities.

CANCELLATION

A 50% refund of exhibit fees will be issued if exhibit space cancellation is received in writing by August 18, 2025. Exhibit fees are nonrefundable after August 18, 2025.

Signed contracts are binding legal documents, stating intent to reserve space an exhibit. AIA Nebraska has the right to collect money owed from signed contracts in the event of a no-show or cancellation. 18% annual interest will be assessed on accounts over 30 days.

Two weeks prior to the conference you will be sent your exhibit assignment and confirmation.
