LIABILITY RELEASE

Except to the extent I may experience personal injury or incur property damage as a direct result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the American Institute of Architects, Nebraska Chapter (AIA Nebraska), Associated General Contractors, Nebraska Building Chapter (AGC-Nebraska Building Chapter) or Nebraska Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE-NE), I agree to assume all risk of personal injury or property damage in connection with the 2025 AEC Legislative Luncheon, and hereby release AIA Nebraska, ACG-Nebraska Building Chapter or NSPE-NE, as well as its respective officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents from all liabilities, claims, demands and causes of action that I (or a third party) might have as a result of any personal injury or property damage that I may experience in connection with the 2025 AEC Legislative Luncheon.

Limits on Liability: In no event shall AIA Nebraska, AGC-Nebraska Building Chapter or NSPE-NE (including its respective officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents) be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages that I (or third party) might be able to claim in connection with injury or damage resulting from the 2022 AEC Legislative Luncheon.

I hereby grant permission to AIA Nebraska, AGC-Nebraska Building Chapter and NSPE-NE to use photographs and/or video of me taken on February 12, 2025 during the 2025 AEC Legislative Luncheon in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of AIA Nebraska, AGC-Nebraska Building Chapter or NSPE-NE
