The CSI Nebraska Chapter and the AIA Nebraska Allied/Affiliate membership are teaming together this year to sponsor a joint Golf Outing on Friday, June 23, 2023 at Tara Hills Golf Course.

Except to the extent I may experience personal injury or incur property damage as a direct result of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the American Institute of Architects, Nebraska Chapter (AIA Nebraska), I agree to assume all risk of personal injury or property damage in connection with the 2023 CSI Nebraska Chapter | AIA Nebraska Allied/Affiliate Golf Outing, and hereby release AIA Nebraska, as well as its respective officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents from all liabilities, claims, demands and causes of action that I (or a third party) might have as a result of any personal injury or property damage that I may experience in connection with the 2023 CSI Nebraska Chapter | AIA Nebraska Allied/Affiliate Golf Outing.

Limits on Liability: In no event shall AIA Nebraska (including its respective officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents) be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages that I (or third party) might be able to claim in connection with injury or damage resulting from the 2023 CSI Nebraska Chapter | AIA Nebraska Allied/Affiliate Golf Outing.
